Our Annual Craft Fair is taking place on Saturday, December 1, 2018 and will run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This is a great time to offer some last-minute Christmas gifts to the folks who come to our show! This is open to crafts-people as well as to a limited number of Direct Distributors (Tupperware, Pampered Chef, Paparazzi, and the like). The deadline for applications is September 24, 2018; however, if you've missed that deadline, please email us at SLCC_Annual_Craft_Fair@outlook.com to see if there are any booth spaces available. If you were a vendor with us last year, you will be given a loyalty preference (as well as a $5 discount on booth fees!); however, after the deadline, it will be first come, first served.
You can download our application at our website now! Simply scroll down to the picture of the application, then click on the "Click Me" button. A PDF document will show up on your screen and you can download from there. Easy, peasy, mac-n-cheesy! If you aren't able to do this for whatever reason, please call or email us, and we'll be happy to make sure you can snag a copy. The cost for a 10' x 10' space is $45, and for an 8' x 6' space it's $35. You can rent a 6' round table for $10; and if you need electricity, it's $10. We need to receive your fees along with a signed application to reserve your space. All booth spaces are assigned; however, you may request a specific spot and we will do all that we can to accommodate your needs. Also, please note that we expect the vendors to stay set up until 3:00 p.m. when the show closes. Of course, there are always emergencies, and we will extend grace; however, we do ask that you stay until closing. Even if you've sold out, we ask that you show support to your fellow vendors as well as to the venue. Thank you in advance for you understanding. Blessings to you!
